Kaydee St.Hilaire joined the Fircrest office of Sterling Johnston Real Estate in 2015 and offers both an outstanding level of real estate knowledge and an exceptional level of professionalism. Kaydee is a licensed real estate broker and a regular top producer with multiple years of experience in the real estate industry. She has participated in a range of real estate transactions, including vacation homes, condominiums, residential homes, short sale, estate sale, bank, HUD/bank owned properties and investment opportunities all over western Washington. Her recognized relationships and local experience, combined with Sterling Johnston Real Estate’s resources, present an exclusive benefit to her clients.

Kaydee has lived in Tacoma, Washington since 2001 where she and her family relax and enjoy volunteering with the kids schools and sports teams, hosting family and friend gatherings, upgrading her home, listening to music, Seahawks, and life in general! Navigating the multifaceted decisions needed in today’s real estate market requires an agent with dedication, experience, and professionalism.
